New Testament Stained Glassed Windows

New Testament Stained Glassed Windows - The Mysteries of the Rosary

These stained glassed windows were installed when the Church was originally opened in 1981.  They depict the Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious 'Mysteries of the Rosary'.

There is also an image of the Papal Cross (left) erected at Phoenix Park (Dublin) for the visit to Ireland of Pope John II in 1979. On the 16th of October 2002 he gave the Church a new set of  mysteries.  They are known as the Luminous Mysteries, (or Mysteries of Light).  These new Mysteries are not currently depicted in Stained Glass Windows of St Luke's, as the Church predates them.
